Prerequisites: Boot Camp 1 or equivalent (Advanced Beginner)
Class Description: Exploring twill possibilities. You will dress a loom 2 times during this class and strengthen your weaving skills. You will weave a twill gamp including straight draw, point twill, advancing twill, Wall of Troy, and broken twills. This will give you 36 design possibilities plus all the information from Boot Camp 1 to design your own towels, scarves, table runners etc.
Class Fee: $180 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at the time of registration) or for $190 for non-members, payable by check, cash, or credit card to HWFA.
Materials fee: $15 paid to teacher in cash the first day of class
Materials provided by instructor or HWFA: 2 pre-wound warps, handouts and weft yarn for weaving. If anyone needs a Boot Camp 1 notebook the fee is $7.00
Supplies brought by students: weaving tools, small sharp scissors or snips, pencil and calculator. Bring your lunch and drinks.
